At Zeya & Associates, we believe that infrastructure is more than steel and systems—it is the foundation of national progress, human dignity, and shared prosperity. Since our founding in 1996, we have grown from a pioneering engineering firm into a diversified group that powers Myanmar’s transformation across energy, healthcare, and beyond.

Our journey has been guided by a simple but profound principle: to serve with integrity, innovate with courage, and build with purpose. From delivering Myanmar’s first thermal IPP to launching the nation’s inaugural LNG-to-Power project, we have consistently turned ambition into reality—through strategic partnerships, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of our country’s evolving needs.

But our mission does not end with infrastructure. We are equally committed to social responsibility, national reform, and human development. Whether supporting Myanmar’s Ease of Doing Business reforms, investing in education and public health, or preserving cultural and spiritual heritage, we strive to uplift lives and leave a legacy of compassion and resilience.

As a Scorpio and a Fire Horse, I have always believed in moving forward with intensity, independence, and vision. I am proud of what we have built—and even more excited for what lies ahead.
