                  Reporting – types of reports
We recommend the following three types of project
management reports at a minimum. Reports may go to team members, to
the project manager, to senior management of the performing
organization or to other project stakeholders as appropriate
                    for each project.

                    Three Types of Project Reports

                        Task Leader’s Report
                        Project Manager’s Report
                        Functional Manager’s Report

All reports deal with the three project dimensions of quality,
schedule, and budget, but often with different emphasis at
different levels of reporting and for different audiences.
Reports on quality and analysis frequently have limited distribution.
In general, report by exception |
