To be truly effective in this capacity you need to acquire new skills and competence which extend beyond your functional role. This CD program offers you a prime opportunity to acquire the relevant practical skills and techniques, in a forum that is focused, stimulating and highly interactive.

The discussed topics were Time Management, What is Corporate Governance, Four Pillars of Corporate Governance, Global Compact, Conflict of interest, Respect of Shareholders’ right, Clear and Achievable Goal of the Organization, Strategy, Board of Directors and Management, Committees in the Organization and etc.

Zeya Thura Mon, Chairman/ GCEO of RGK+Z&A Group, gave the credit risk Management training to the Banking staffs at Myanmar Citizen Bank which is very essential and imperative for the new and experienced banking staffs.

About 50 persons from Z&A, will renew or learn for improving their Talent Skill. Regarding the training contents, the full command of three main areas such as the Task, the Team and the Individual have been shared to the participants by Prof. Dr Aung Tun Thet.
