… and another form of a responsibility matrix: RACI
A Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) is also called a RACI chart by PMI. These charts identify show the connections between work that needs to be done and the project team members, or decisions that need to be made on the project. The chart attempts to clarify the authority and working relationships that are intended to exist in the project team. It also allows a person to see all activities associated with one person, or to see all people associated with one activity.
