Principles and Methods 
                    This is where the tools and techniques of project management
                        come in, including what most good project management
                        software can do for you. Some examples of tools and techniques
                        that you will learn in this course are:   
                
                  
                      - How to create a Work Breakdown
                          Structure (WBS) that capture
                          the total scope of the project and reflects your management
                          approach.
 
                           
                       
                      - How to recognize a Critical
                          Path in an Activity Network
                        Diagram, and how it is used to create the project schedule.
 
                         
                       
                      - How to perform a Risk Analysis to determine which risks
                          to address and which to accept.
 
                   
                                 The majority of this course focuses on the area of principles
                  and methods, but always with reference to the behaviors that
                  these create and the effect on the team.  |
